IMCTC Organizes A Talk on Leadership and the Art of Influence

In the context of a series of talks, presentations, training sessions and forums that IMCTC holds in the light of its mission and mandate, His Excellency, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin AbdulKhaleq Al-Ghamdi, Saudi Arabia’s delegate to IMCTC in the military domain, delivered a talk titled: “Leadership and the Art of Influence.” The talk, which was attended by His Excellency IMCTC’s Acting Secretary-General, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed al-Moghedi, and delegates of the IMCTC member countries, demonstrated that leadership is about serving others by providing them with training, tools, time, energy and emotional intelligence so as to unleash their full potential at both the individual and professional levels. He further pointed out that one of the success factors for many civilian and military organizations lies in “charting an inspiring leadership style.”

The talk comes in the framework of the efforts by IMCTC to achieve its goals of capacity building and exchange of best practices in support of the endeavors exerted in pursuit of the IMCTC objectives of countering terrorism and violent extremism.  

It worth noting that IMCTC comprises 41 member countries working together to coordinate and intensify their efforts in the global war on violent extremism and terrorism and joining other international endeavors to preserve international peace and security. ​
