​Within the framework of cooperation between the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) and Arab, Islamic and international organizations and centers, a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation was signed today, on Monday, 14 December 2020, between IMCTC, represented by the IMCTC Secretary-General, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, and the Financial Academy (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), represented by the Director General of the Financial Academy, Mr. Mana Al Khamsan.

Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi stressed that the signing of this memorandum of understanding comes within the framework of enhancing the strategic partnership between IMCTC and the Financial Academy, embodying the leading local, regional and international role both sides play in countering violent extremism, terrorism and its financing and promote their joint vision. 

It is worth nothing that IMCTC comprises forty-one member countries working together to coordinate and multiply their efforts in the global fight against terrorism and violent extremism and to join other international security and peacekeeping efforts.
