As part of the series of programs and presentations organized by the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), IMCTC held a presentation entitled “Security of Mobile Smart Phones” on Tuesday, 23 February 2021, at its headquarters in Riyadh. The presentation was delivered by Dr. Ihab Al-Rasn, a faculty member at King Saud University, under the patronage of IMCTC Secretary-General and the presence of IMCTC member countries’ delegates and IMCTC personnel.
During the presentation, Dr. Al-Rasn highlighted the dangers of malicious hacks on smart phones and the necessity to deal with websites and networks very carefully. Stressing various protection mechanisms, Dr. Al-Rasn also emphasized the tremendous development and spread of malicious software among smartphones to achieve detrimental goals.
