The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) held a presentation entitled: Use of Artificial Intelligence in Countering Terrorism on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at its headquarters in Riyadh. The presentation was presented by Col. Ali Mohammad Mahmoud, Delegate of the Kingdom of Bahrain to IMCTC, under the patronage of IMCTC Acting Secretary-General and the presence of IMCTC member countries' delegates and IMCTC personnel.
During the presentation, an analysis of the concept of artificial intelligence, its investment, and its ability to predict terrorist operations before they occur was presented to reduce the risks and consequences of terrorist operations through Big Data and Deep Neural Networks (DNN).
It is noteworthy that the presentation comes as a part of the series of symposia, presentations, and roundtable discussions organized by IMCTC in the Communications Domain, one of IMCTC's four domains of action (i.e., Ideology, Communications, Counter-Terrorist Financing, and Military).
